Sales Office Administrator
MP Filtri is looking to recruit a hard-working and enthusiastic Office Administrator to support a busy sales office.
The role will be based at MP UK’s manufacturing facility in Bourton-on-the-Water for the first 12 months, after this time it will be based in Evesham.
  • Responding to customers chasing items outstanding items
  • Liaising with the Purchasing department to gain delivery information
  • General office tasks such as filing
  • Duties may expand to processing sales quotations and orders 
Key skills:
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask effectively
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy
  • Once fully trained, comfortable working independently
  • Experience with use with an MRP/ERP system would be advantageous (preferably Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009)
  • Minimum of two years' office experience would be ideal.
