Technician - UK

We are recruiting an energetic and enthusiastic Technician to join our team.
Bourton-on-the-Water, Gloucestershire
(Relocating to Evesham, Worcestershire – By early 2023)
Reporting to:
Team Leader

MP Filtri Contamination Monitoring Products Department Job Summary:
The CMP technician’s main duties include: new product build; general maintenance on monitoring equipment returned for annual service and/or repair; and calibration.
• Follow works instructions and standard operating procedures to build a wide variety of modules and finished goods and services supplied by MP Filtri
• Pre-inspect equipment sent in for service and repair
• Inform the Sales team when additional work is required beyond the standard service parameters
• Build replenishment stock. Examples may include but are not limited to: pumps, flush valves, wiring looms and general assembly work
• Advise on supplies and materials requirements needed for the manufacturing department
• Follow 5S procedure. Cleans and assists with upkeep of the facilities
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to follow instructions from Team Leader or Senior colleagues 
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to update Excel spreadsheets with calibration data
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Education and Experience:
• General level of education
• Service department experience preferred but not essential
• On-the-job training offered to the right candidate
Physical Requirements:
• Must be able to lift up-to 16 kg at a time
